Golisimo Terms and Conditions for Casino and Sportsbook Accounts

These Terms form the agreement governing access to our site and account services. By registering, depositing, claiming a promotion, playing a game, placing a bet or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You must meet the legal gambling age that applies where you are located, act for yourself, use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. You are responsible for checking local legal requirements. We may verify age, identity, address and location before or after account creation.
2. One account and account security
Only one account is permitted per player, household, device or payment identity where the rules require it. Keep credentials confidential, use payment methods in your own name and tell support immediately about suspected access. Transactions completed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised until we are notified.
3. Verification and source of funds
We may request government ID, recent proof of address, payment ownership, source of funds, source of wealth or additional evidence. We may limit account actions while checks remain open. Documents must be genuine, current, complete and submitted through the approved secure route.
4. Deposits, balances and chargebacks
Cashier minimums and maximums depend on currency and method. Deposits may require one-time turnover before withdrawal as an anti-fraud measure. A failed, reversed or disputed payment can lead to balance correction, account restriction and recovery of associated costs. Bonus funds remain separate from withdrawable cash until the promotion rules are completed.
5. Withdrawals
Submit requests through the cashier using an eligible verified method. We may return funds through the original deposit route, review KYC and transaction history, enforce displayed limits and ask for further evidence. Processing estimates begin after internal approval; banks, wallets and blockchain networks control their own delivery times.
6. Bonuses and promotions
Every promotion has eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, wagering, expiry, maximum bet, game contribution, excluded-game and withdrawal conditions. Duplicate claims, coordinated play, low-risk wagering designed to defeat terms or multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse. We may cancel a bonus and related winnings where the terms permit.
7. Casino games and sports bets
A game round or bet becomes valid when accepted and recorded by our systems. Supplier or sportsbook records determine the transaction result, subject to correction of manifest errors. Interrupted rounds resume or settle under the game rules. Voids, dead heats, postponements, cash-out and market-specific rules appear in the sportsbook rules.
8. Technical errors and incorrect credits
A malfunction, incorrect odds, duplicate credit, display fault or payment error does not create a right to the erroneous value. We may void affected transactions, restore the correct balance and investigate system records. Deliberate exploitation is prohibited.
9. Prohibited activity
Fraud, collusion, false documents, underage play, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, automated play where prohibited, account sale, money laundering, sanctions evasion, bonus abuse and attempts to interfere with systems may lead to restriction, closure, forfeiture where lawful and reporting to relevant parties.
10. Responsible gambling and closure
You can request deposit, loss, wager or session limits where supplied, take a cooling-off period, self-exclude or close the account. An increase to a protective limit may be delayed; a decrease can apply immediately. Self-exclusion overrides marketing preferences.
11. Complaints, liability and governing terms
Contact support with the account, date, amount and evidence involved. We review system, payment and communication records before responding. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, use is at your own risk and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes, severability and contact
